Ultra-high durability

Our LED floor tile screen uses military-grade materials and reinforced structural design, and can withstand up to 2.5 tons of heavy load per square meter. It can be crushed by a 3-ton car without damage. This performance is far higher than the industry average, so this product is very suitable for use in large-scale events, shopping malls and other places with high traffic. In addition, the recent (6d space) 6-sided LED display bar KTV box has become popular, and LED floor tile screens are also an indispensable part of it.

Real interactive experience

Unlike ordinary display screens, our products have built-in gravity sensing systems and infrared interactive modules, which can realize: footstep tracking and interactive games, touch interaction of advertising content, simultaneous interaction of multiple people, etc.
And the interactive response speed is <0.01ms, and the sensitivity is adjustable, bringing unprecedented participation and immersive experience to commercial spaces.

Show performance

High brightness and contrast: The brightness range is normally 600–1200 cd/㎡, and it supports a refresh rate of at least 3840 Hz and a grayscale level of at least 14 bits, which makes images look smooth and clear.
Wide viewing angle: The horizontal and vertical viewing angles can reach 140°, so you can see it from different heights and angles.
Low brightness and high gray: It can still keep a consistent grayscale performance even when the brightness is low, which makes it easier on the eyes.

High protection level

IP65 protection level: it can be washed with water and is dustproof and waterproof. It can be used outside or in a humid environment.
The sheet metal box, along with the professional heat dissipation channel, makes sure that the device works well for a long time. Some masks contain an anti-UV feature to keep your skin from turning yellow from being in the sun for a long time.

Production Process

1. Demand Analysis
Site Survey: Engineers measure the lighting conditions, viewing angle range and load-bearing structure of the installation location on site, and collect ambient brightness data (unit: lux).

Optical Simulation: Use optical design software to simulate the grayscale loss rate and color uniformity of different dot distances at the target viewing distance.

2. Precision Module Manufacturing

Patch accuracy: CPK value of ±0.01mm ≥1.67 (using FUJI NXT III patch machine)

Reflow curve: 8 temperature zone control, peak temperature 245±3℃ (lead-free process)

Potting process: two-component epoxy resin vacuum infusion (bubble rate <0.1%)

Aging test: 72 hours 100% load cycle (temperature cycle -20℃~+60℃)

Waterproof test: 1m water depth pressure test (lasting 2 hours)

3. Cabinet system integration

Aluminum profile processing: CNC milling tolerance ±0.05mm, flatness ≤0.1mm/m²

Surface treatment: electrostatic spraying (film thickness 60-80μm, salt spray test ≥500h)

Three-point positioning system: servo pressing mechanism ensures that the gap between modules is ≤0.2mm

Shock absorption design: rubber damper attenuates ≥90% of transportation vibration (ISTA 3A standard)

4. Photoelectric performance debugging

Brightness compensation: use spectrophotometer to collect 25 points/㎡ data

Color gamut matching: Adobe RGB coverage ≥95% (color depth 16bit)

Signal integrity: eye diagram test (jitter ≤0.15UI@3Gbps)

Fault diagnosis: automatic bad pixel detection system (positioning accuracy ±1 pixel)

5. Whole system test

High and low temperature test: -30℃ cold start/+50℃ continuous work for 8 hours

Electromagnetic compatibility: EN55032 Class B radiation standard

Uniformity detection: brightness difference under 256 grayscale levels ≤5%

Motion clarity: dynamic blur ≤1ms under 600cd/m²

 

 

6. Professional packaging

Air box structure: EPP foam energy absorption ≥80% (drop test 1.5m)

Humidity control: built-in RH≤30% desiccant (72 hours verification)

Sea transportation packaging: fumigated wooden box + vacuum moisture-proof film (compliant with ISPM15 standard)

Air transportation plan: lightweight design (total weight is controlled within the limit of air cargo pallet)

 

 

 

7. Delivery and deployment

Customs clearance assistance: Provide complete HS code classification documents (under 8541.40)

Sea or air transportation or other arrangements can be made according to customer needs
