Excellent Display Performance
Highmight's outdoor high-brightness LED screen uses the best 2121 LEDs and gold-wire SMD packaging technology to make sure that every pixel is always bright and colorful. The product has these great features:
Ultra-High Brightness: The brightness is at least 9680cd/m², which means you can see clearly even in direct sunshine. For the best white balance, our displays use a 3:8:1 R:G:B color ratio.
Wide Viewing Angle: ±145° horizontally and ±120° vertically, guaranteeing uniform color from all viewing angles. This function works best in places with a lot of foot activity, such main roads or squares.
Great Color Performance: It can show 980.24 billion colors, has a contrast ratio of at least 5000:1, and a color temperature of 8500K, which means it shows colors that are true to life. Our product has a 1R1G1B pixel structure that makes sure the brightness is the same across the whole screen, with a uniformity of at least 98%.
High refresh rate and grayscale: The refresh rate is at least 1920Hz, and there are at least 8192 levels of grayscale per color. This gets rid of scan lines and flicker when recording. The driver uses a 1/16 scanning approach with a constant current and has a Taiwan Macroblock 5024 driver IC that may find errors.
Strong and long-lasting structural design
The Highmight outdoor LED screen is designed to survive a range of adverse weather conditions:
Protection rating: Front protection rating IP65, rear protection rating IP43, totally waterproof, dustproof, and corrosion-resistant. The enclosure is made of die-cast aluminum or stainless steel with a surface that has been treated to make it resistant to weather and hard impacts.
Cooling system: There are four very silent exhaust fans above the screen, and an advanced temperature management system that only turns on when the temperature exceeds the specified point. This makes sure that heat is removed quickly and energy use is kept to a minimum. It includes a built-in cooling fan that keeps more than 40% of the power usage redundant.
The screen frame is made completely of steel, and the edge is 1.2mm thick 304 black-grain stainless steel. The whole display is protected from corrosion and has a strong grounding system for lightning protection. The spacing between the joints is less than 0.5 mm, and the surface is less than 1 mm/m² uneven.
Long-lasting, energy-efficient, and good for the environment
Low-Power Design: The screen uses 950W at its highest and only 350W at its lowest, which saves more than 30% of energy compared to similar goods. A smart brightness adjustment system and a high-efficiency switching power supply automatically change the brightness based on the amount of light in the room, which saves even more energy.
Very Long Lifespan: The LED lasts for 100,000 hours, and the failure rate is less than 1 in 10,000 under typical use. There are no out-of-control sites, with ≤2/10,000 bright spots and ≤2/10,000 blind patches in a year.
