The most advanced COB (Chip on Board) flip-chip technique is used in Highmight LED screen panels, which don't need wire bonding. This makes the pixels 99.999% reliable. Compared to regular SMD, our COB panels have three times the contrast, a 170° ultra-wide viewing angle, and a matte surface that doesn't shine and gets rid of the moiré effect when you take a picture. Real measured data: surface hardness is greater than 6H, and the anti-collision capabilities can handle an impact force of 25 kg. It is good for close-range interaction and can run all day, every day. Highmight sent 2,500㎡ P0.9 COB LED screen panels to a national TV broadcasting centre in 2024. After 8,000 hours of continuous use, none of the pixels were dead.

Real 16-bit greyscale and HDR10+ performance
Highmight LED screen panels can compute 22-bit+ greyscale natively and have an ultra-high refresh rate of 7680Hz. Colour transitions are quite smooth, even at 1% low brightness, thanks to HDR10+ and 100% Rec.2020 colour gamut coverage. According to an independent test report from SGS, the average ΔE is less than 1.5, and the colour accuracy is far better than that of most competitors. In 2023, a well-known European luxury company opened a flagship shop in Paris and installed our P1.2 LED screen panels. The customer said that the colours of the products in the advertising videos were 100% accurate, which directly increased the store's conversion rate by 38%.

 

Real 16-bit greyscale and HDR10+ performance

Very low power use and great heat dissipation
Highmight LED screen panels use only 45% to 60% of the power of regular goods at the same brightness, thanks to common-cathode driving technology and flip-chip energy efficiency. A typical P0.9 panel uses ≤180W/㎡ at 800 nits. The full encapsulation design lets heat escape naturally without the need for active cooling fans. After long-term use, the noise level is less than 25dB and the surface temperature rises less than 12°C. Since 2022, a command centre in the Middle East has been employing our 680㎡ P1.5 LED screen panels, which save more than $120,000 in electricity costs compared to older SMD displays.

Highmight offers full standard resolution solutions, including 1080p, 4K, 8K, and 16K, with no extras. Every LED screen panel is carefully calibrated at the factory, with a chromaticity coordinates error of less than 0.001. There is no gap in the splicing, and the flatness is less than 0.05mm. A provincial monitoring centre in China used our 220" 1080p and 440" 4K integrated LED screen panels. The commander noted the picture quality and consistency were far better than earlier DLP and LCD video walls.
