Production Process

Demand analysis and design stage

Product design: A professional R&D team designs the appearance and internal structure of the screen, including LED panels, circuit design, heat dissipation design, and shell materials.

Material selection and evaluation: LED lamp beads (usually high-brightness SMD lamp beads), driver IC, aluminum heat sinks and other key raw materials.

Module production

PCB manufacturing and assembly: Circuit board production: Make PCB according to design drawings.

Welding components: Use SMT equipment to accurately weld electronic components such as driver IC to PCB boards.

LED lamp bead installation: Use automated equipment to install high-brightness LED lamp beads on PCB boards to ensure accurate positioning and neat arrangement of the lamp beads.

Preliminary test：Test the LED modules to check the working status, saturation and color consistency of the lamp beads.

Screen splicing and assembly

Module splicing: splice single LED modules into a display screen of specified size, and maintain the flatness of the screen through precise calibration.

Brightness and color adjustment: adjust the screen brightness according to demand (usually high-brightness outdoor screens can reach 5000-8000 nits).

Quality inspection

Aging test: Turn on the display screen for 24-72 hours to observe whether there are dead lights or other faults.

Weather resistance test: Reliability test under high temperature, low temperature, humidity, ultraviolet light and other conditions.

Performance verification: Including verification of important performance indicators such as refresh rate, grayscale level, viewing angle, etc.

Packaging and Delivery:

Screens are securely packaged along with necessary accessories and delivered to the installation site for final setup.
