Production Process

1. Raw material procurement and inspection
Key material procurement:

LED lamp beads (must meet the requirements of waterproof, dustproof, and high brightness)

Driver IC (constant current driver chip)

PCB board (waterproof treatment, heat dissipation design)

Power module (support wide voltage, lightning protection)

Box material (aluminum profile or die-cast aluminum, anti-corrosion treatment)

Control system (sending card, receiving card)

Heat dissipation material (fan or heat sink)

Inspection standard:

LED lamp bead brightness, wavelength consistency detection

PCB circuit continuity test

Box waterproof level test (IP65 and above)

2. Module production
SMT patch:

LED lamp beads, driver IC, etc. are accurately soldered to the PCB board through the patch machine.

Use AOI (automatic optical inspection instrument) to check the welding quality.

Glue sealing:

Three-proof treatment of PCB board (moisture-proof, corrosion-proof, and salt spray-proof).

Pouring waterproof glue (for high outdoor protection needs).

Aging test:

The module is powered on and aged for 48 hours to eliminate early faults.

3. Box assembly
Structural assembly:

Fix the module to the box and connect the power and signal lines.

Install the cooling system (such as fans and heat sinks).

Waterproof treatment:

Install waterproof strips at the box joints.

Use aviation plugs at the interface (waterproof and anti-falling).

4. System integration
Control system installation:

Configure the sending card (control computer end) and the receiving card (box end).

Debug signal transmission stability (support long-distance transmission).

Power system integration:

Install multiple redundant power supplies and support power-off protection.

5. Screen full-screen debugging
Brightness and color correction:

Use point-by-point correction technology to ensure that the color difference is ≤0.003.

Adjust the grayscale level (above 16bit).

Functional test:

Video playback fluency test.

Verify remote control and automatic brightness adjustment functions.

Environmental adaptability test (high temperature, low temperature, humidity cycle).

6. Aging and final inspection
Continuous aging:

The whole screen runs continuously for 72 hours, and the dead light rate is monitored (≤ 1 in 10,000).

Final inspection items:

Waterproof test (spray test).

Wind pressure test (for outdoor strong wind environment).

Safety certification (such as CE, RoHS, etc.).
