Production process

 

1. Demand Analysis and Design
Confirmation of customer needs: Determine screen size, resolution (pixel pitch), brightness (nit), protection level (IP65/IP67), installation environment (such as wind resistance and waterproof requirements), etc.

Structural design: Design box material (die-cast aluminum/carbon steel), weight, heat dissipation method (passive heat dissipation/active heat dissipation), module size (such as 500x500mm).

Circuit and optical design: drive solution (constant current drive IC), LED lamp bead selection (such as SMD2121/1515), grayscale/refresh rate parameters (such as 16bit/3840Hz).

2. Raw material procurement
Core components: LED lamp beads (red/green/blue), driver IC (such as Macroblock MBI series), PCB board (more than 4 layers, with waterproof coating).

Structural parts: box frame, waterproof rubber strip, cooling fan (if necessary), power supply (Meanwell and other brands).

Auxiliary materials: power cord, signal cable (CAT6), receiving card/sending card (Nova/Lingxingyu).

3. Module production
SMT patch: mount the LED lamp beads on the PCB board and fix them through the reflow soldering process.

Module assembly: solder the driver IC, capacitors and resistors to complete a single module (such as 256x128mm).

Test: Power on to detect dead lights, color difference, brightness uniformity, and use point-by-point correction equipment.

4. Cabinet assembly
Module installation: splice multiple modules to the cabinet, lock and seal the waterproof strips.

Power and control system: install the power module, receiving card, and connect the signal line.

Aging test: 48 hours of continuous operation in a high temperature and high humidity environment (such as 85℃/85%RH).

5. Whole-screen splicing and debugging
On-site installation: steel structure fixing, cabinet splicing (accuracy must be ≤0.1mm), power distribution system wiring.

System debugging:

Brightness/color consistency correction (using a photometer).
