We make more than 80,000 square meters of LED displays every year at our 50,000-square-meter contemporary plant in Shenzhen. It has eight automated high-speed SMT lines (for a total of 56 lines). Ultra-High Brightness & Perfect Visibility (≥5000-5500 nits)
The Highmight outdoor LED display device uses top-tier Nationstar/Kinglight gold-wire LED lamps with original NOVASTAR A5s/A10s receiving cards, achieving real 5000-5500 nits brightness (measured by 6500K color temperature standard). Even under direct sunlight at noon, text and video remain clearly visible from 100+ meters. In 2024 Dubai Airport project (P10, 1200㎡), the screen maintained 100% readability at 45°C ambient temperature. Brightness auto-adjustment via built-in sensor saves 30% power during night operation.
True IP65 Waterproof & Dustproof Protection
Different from common IP65 cabinet, Highmight outdoor LED display device adopts fully sealed die-casting aluminum or magnesium alloy cabinet + module nano-coating + three-proof glue filling technology, reaching real IP68 level (tested 72 hours under 1-meter water). In 2023 Qatar World Cup peripheral projects (P8, total 2800㎡), screens worked continuously for 45 days in sandstorm and sea breeze environment without a single dead pixel.

With a common cathode power supply and a high-efficiency IC (ICN2053/MBI5253), the average power use is only 180–250W/㎡, which is 35% less than typical alternatives. A 500㎡ P10 outdoor LED display device saves about $8,000 to $12,000 a year on electricity costs (based on 12 hours a day at $0.15 per kWh).
14–16 Bit Gray Scale and a Refresh Rate of 3840Hz
The receiver card from Highmight can handle 14–16 bits of grayscale, and with a high refresh rate of 3840Hz, it can handle up to 16 bits of grayscale. This makes the color detail and smoothness of transitions in low grayscale sections of the LED display much better. It also gets rid of the reddish tinge that happens at low grayscale levels and avoids moiré interference and scan lines that happen when you use professional cameras. This right mix of high grayscale and high refresh rate makes sure that the image stays stable and looks much like it does on broadcast-grade cameras. This makes the display effect more even, natural, and lifelike.

Q: How long does the Highmight outdoor LED display device really last?
A: The brightness of Nationstar gold-wire LEDs drops by less than 3% after 30,000 hours, while the L70 standard lasts for more than 100,000 hours. We give you a report with measured degradation data.
Q: Can it stand up to a typhoon?
A:The cabinet can withstand winds up to 12 levels of a typhoon (tested by a third-party lab). The 2023 Philippines project made it through a super storm with winds of 58 m/s.
Q: How long does it take to get there?
A: Standard 960×960mm cabinets hold more than 5000 pieces in stock and can be delivered in 7 to 15 days. 20 to 35 days for a custom size.
