Please use the original packaging box for packaging to prevent transportation damage. Chapter 4 Precautions for using the display screen

Precautions for working the display screen ²

☆ Turn on the screen: first turn on the control computer so that it can run normally, then turn on the LED display screen 

☆ Turn off the screen: first turn off the power of the LED screen, turn off the control software, and then shut down the computer correctly; (turning off the computer first without turning off the display screen will cause bright spots on the screen, burn the lamp, and have serious consequences) 

☆ When turning on and off the LED display screen, the interval time must be greater than 5 minutes 

☆ The screen can be turned on and powered on only after the computer enters the engineering control software. 

☆ Avoid turning on the screen in a full white screen state, because the system's impact current is the largest at this time; 

☆ Avoid turning on the screen in an out-of-control state, because the system's impact current is the largest at this time: A The computer has not entered the control software and other programs; B The computer is not powered on; C The control part power is not turned on. 

☆ When the ambient temperature is too high or the heat dissipation conditions are not good, be careful not to turn on the screen for a long time. 

☆ When a line appears very bright on a part of the LED display, you should pay attention to turn off the screen in time. It is not advisable to open the screen for a long time in this state. 

☆ If the power switch of the display screen often trips, you should check the screen or replace the power switch in time. 

☆ Regularly check the firmness of the hanging parts. If there is looseness, pay attention to timely adjustment, re-reinforcement or update the hanging parts. 

☆ According to the environment of the display screen and the control part, avoid insect bites, and place rat repellent if necessary.

☆ Do not place green plants in front of the installed display screen 

☆ Do not place air conditioning outlets in front of or above the screen, and the temperature behind the screen and the front of the screen should not differ too much (to avoid condensation) 

 

Power supply precautions 

☆ The LED module is powered by DC +5V (working voltage: 4.2~5.2V), and AC power supply is prohibited; The positive and negative poles of the power supply terminals are strictly prohibited to be connected in reverse (Note: Once connected in reverse, the product will be burned or even cause a serious fire) 

☆ The power supply voltage of the LED display screen: 100-240V Frequency: 50HZ±5%; 

☆ The safe ground contact is reliable, the ground wire and the neutral wire are reliably isolated, and the power supply is connected away from high-power equipment; 

☆ If short circuit, tripping, burning wire, smoking and other abnormalities are found, the power supply should not be repeatedly tested, and the problem should be found in time; 

☆ Keep the power supply stable, and do a good job of grounding protection to avoid lightning strikes. Do not use it in harsh natural conditions, especially strong thunderstorms; 

☆ The large screen must be powered in steps, because the maximum power state of the entire screen will have an impact on the entire power distribution system; 

☆ The LED display screen is not allowed to play the highest brightness full white picture for more than half an hour, so as not to cause If the current is too large, the power cord will heat up, the LED lamp will be damaged, and the service life of the display will be affected. It is recommended to play dynamic videos as the main function;

When using the LED display product, the power cannot be turned on and off continuously. The two operations should be separated by at least 1 minute. 

☆ Non-professionals are prohibited from touching the internal circuits of the large screen of the LED display to avoid electric shock or circuit damage. 

 

Cleaning precautions 

Regular cleaning and maintenance: After the LED display screen has been used for a long time, more dust and traces of rain will accumulate on the screen, which requires regular and timely cleaning to prevent affecting the viewing effect; 

If you clean the surface of the module, please use a soft brush and brush it gently. Do not use any liquid substances to clean the surface of the LED module, otherwise the LED lamp beads may be damaged; 

Correct wiping: The surface of the large screen of the LED display screen can be wiped with alcohol, or a brush or vacuum cleaner can be used for dust removal. Do not wipe it directly with a wet cloth. 

 

Moisture-proof and storage requirements 

Storage temperature requirements: Ambient temperature -40℃≤t≤60℃, after the vacuum packaging is opened, the LED product must be stored in an environment with a temperature <30℃ and a humidity <60%; 

According to the environmental conditions of the display screen and the control part, avoid insect bites, and place rat repellent if necessary;

 

LED display screens cannot be turned off for a long time. In a high humidity environment, if the screen has not been used for more than 3 days, the preheating method should be used each time the screen is turned on: 30%-50% brightness is preheated for 4-8 hours, and then adjusted to normal brightness (80%-100%) to light up the screen, so as to remove moisture, so that there is no abnormality when using it; if the screen has not been used for more than 7 days, the preheating method should be used each time the screen is turned on: 30%-50% brightness is preheated for more than 12 hours, and then adjusted to normal brightness (80%~100%) to light up the screen, so as to remove moisture, so that there is no abnormality when using it. The LED large screen needs to be checked regularly for normal operation, and the damaged circuit should be repaired or replaced in time. The main control computer and other related equipment should be placed in an air-conditioned and dusty room to ensure ventilation and heat dissipation of the computer and stable operation. Non-professionals are prohibited from touching the internal circuit of the screen to avoid electric shock or circuit damage.
