The spherical structure has been optimized through optical simulation, and each LED lamp bead is arranged in a ring at a 15° tilt angle to ensure that there are no blind spots in both horizontal and vertical directions. Compared with the 120° viewing angle limitation of the flat LED screen, the audience can see the complete picture from the bottom or high-level perspective (such as shopping mall escalators and circular corridors), and the pixel distortion rate is less than 3%. The transparent LED ball screen adopts micron-level lamp bead spacing and hollow structure design, and its light transmittance far exceeds that of traditional LED screens (usually ≤40%).
